By registering for training with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Registration & Payment Registration is confirmed once registration form is submitted. Course fees must be paid in accordance with the payment terms provided at the time of registration.

48-Hour Cancellation Policy We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for cancellations or requests to reschedule a training course.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled training may be subject to the full course fee. This policy applies because course materials, instructors, facilities, and other resources may have already been arranged for your booking.

No-Show Policy Participants who do not attend their scheduled training without providing the required notice may be charged the full course fee.

Course Changes & Cancellations We reserve the right to change course dates, locations, instructors, or course delivery methods when necessary. If we need to cancel or significantly change a course, registered participants will be contacted and provided with available options.

ECS will make every effort to give 48 hours notice of any cancellations or changes.

Participant Requirements Participants are responsible for arriving on time and meeting any prerequisites or requirements associated with the course. Failure to meet course requirements may affect the participant’s ability to successfully complete the training.
